The technical training will by the use of theory and practical tasks prepare you to work with HOUNÖ ovens. After the training, you will become a HOUNÖ certified technician.
At the training, you will get a complete overview of HOUNÖ's products and you will learn about the following:
- How to fill in the installation check list and why it is an important tool for both you and the customer.
- The HOUNÖ warranty terms, what is and is not covered by the warranty terms and how to submit a warranty claim to HOUNÖ.
- How to understand the different error codes and how to troubleshoot the HOUNÖ ovens.
- How to update the software of the HOUNÖ ovens.
- How to use the installation and service manuals as well as the spare parts catalogue as tools to find additional information about the HOUNÖ ovens.
