Free HACCP quality control

As of 1 August 2009, the HACCP control function is a standard feature on all Visual Cooking KPE, CPE, CPE-gas and BPE ovens. At no extra cost, it is now possible to control and document cooking processes.

HACCP automatically gathers and stores all data regarding production time and duration, preparation temperature and core temperature when a preset programme is used.
