HOUNÖ introduces a new and improved banquet system which provides maximum flexibility when you prepare and serve food arranged on plates. The Visual Cooking banquet system consists of:

• A specially designed rack for plates
• A practical trolley for racks
• A thermal blanket

5 easy steps to serve food arranged on plates

1. Cook the food in the Visual Cooking combi oven when you have the time.
2. Chill the food if necessary.
3. Arrange the food on plates whenever it fits your workflow and place the plates on the rack for plates.
4. Roll the rack into the combi oven for regenerating just before serving. Use Cook & Regen to ensure a gentle regeneration.
5. Serve the food arranged on plates.

HOUNÖ's new rack for plates are available with 65 or 78 mm spacing between the plates. Choose the rack for plates that best matches the height of the arranged food in your kitchen.
