As a unique oven solution, HOUNÖ offers an oven with 2 doors. The PassThrough oven makes it possible to separate the raw products from the finished products and thus avoid cross-contamination with e.g. salmonella.
By placing the PassThrough oven in the wall between the kitchen and the sales area or serving area, you may load the oven with the raw products from the kitchen side and unload the finished products from the opposite side. This improves the workflow in the kitchen considerably and saves you time as well as money.
You also avoid any unnecessary transport, which is of great importance to the hygiene in the production area as well as in the sales area or serving area.
