Serves 4 people
1. Blend all dry ingredients together well.
2. Add the wet ingredients and continue to mix.
3. Score deep cuts into the chicken legs then coat well with the marinade.
4. Leave to marinate overnight.
Cook using the following cooking steps
- PreHeat - 180°C – 1 minute
- Note – Insert product
- ClimaOptima – 165°C– 30 humidity – 25 minutes
- HotAir – 175°C - 5 minutes – Closed exhaust
HOUNÖs 20mm tray.
Serve with rice and some hot and spicy pineapple salad for an authentic Caribbean style dish.
